He is survived by: his children, James Farland (Tina Kelley) and Jessica Fields (Ross); and his siblings, Jimmy Lee Amerson, Robert Lee Amerson, Greg Amerson, David Amerson, Charles Amerson, Billy Ray Amerson, Joyce Bell, Gertie Ford, Frances Grimes, Sarah Amerson and Claudie Price. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
