He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Rhodes Moore and William Robert Moore of Pineview, Georgia.; and his sister Roxie Virginia Moore Martin of Lemoore, California.. He is survived by: his sisters, Inez Moore Tenenbaum (Samuel) and Judith Moore Hill (Andy); and his nieces and nephews, Brian Christopher Pires (Kristina), Joel Andrew Hill, III (Nicole), William Moore Hill (Chrissy), Robyn Pires Hubbard (Mark) and Renea Pires Fagundes (Keith). He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews.
