He is survived by: his wife Eleanor DeVoll Kersey; his children, Shannon Duncan Kersey (Claire) of Warner Robins, Wesley Charles Kersey of Oklahoma City, Joe Brown Goodroe, Jr. (Monica) of Hawkinsville and Jimmy Alton Norsworthy, Jr. (Kim) of Hawkinsville; his grandchildren, Nicholas Shane Kersey, Shannon Myron Kersey, Casen Michael Kersey, Mya Michele Kersey, Presley Sharee Kersey, Richard Goodroe and Amber Beasley; his brother Don Kersey of Bonaire; and his nephews, Charlie Kersey and Robbie Edwards.
