He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Bud and Virginia Elise Jacobs Rhodes; and his sister Sylvia Diane Bentley. He is survived by: his wife Jean Rhodes of Pineview; his children, John Michael Rhodes (Elizabeth) and Kandace Richardson (Eric); his sister Joanna Roundtree; and his grandchildren, Kaylee Michelle Rhodes, Chloe Skipper and Erin Skipper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
