We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2020, at the age of 68, Billy L. Phagan of Pineview, Georgia, born in Macon, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Fred Phagan and Susie Odelle Harvey Phagan. He is survived by: his wife Carol Barker Phagan; his sons, Marc Phagan (Melissa) of Warner Robins and Matthew Phagan (Leslie) of Pineview; his siblings, Fred Phagan (Linda) of Pineview and Glenda Sue Worley (Robert) of Arabi; and his grandchildren, Lilly, Brock, Bryce, Matty and Dugan Phagan.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we kindly ask everyone to please wear a mask for the service and observe social distancing.
