In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman Doster and Mildred Scarborough Doster; and his son Russell "Russ" Doster. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Hobbs Doster of Pinehurst; his sons, Steve Doster (Gwenette) of Pinehurst and Ryan Doster (Julie) of Perry, Georgia; his brother Norman Doster (Barbara) of Norcross, Georgia; and his grandchildren, Abbey Doster of Perry, Georgia and Jack Doster of Perry, Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pinehurst Global United Methodist Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
