She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Dewitt Kennedy and Pauline Staples Kennedy. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Catherine Moore (Jim) of Battle Ground, WA; her grandson Ian Moore of San Diego, CA; her nephews, David Kennedy, Ronnie Kennedy, Jeff Kennedy and Jay Kennedy; and her spouse Ossie T. Spradley, Jr..
