He is survived by: his wife Toni Yvonne Davis Maddox; his children, Constance Garrett (Danny), Jerome Maddox, Jessica Timmons (Justin) and Victoria Fisher (Zach); his siblings, Michael Maddox, Sharon Todd (Terry) and Tricia Berkman (Ron); and his grandchildren, Danny Garrett, Ethan Garrett, Evelynn Garrett, Arianna Timmons, Damien Timmons, Nena Fisher, Jase Fisher, Aliyah Oliva, Karmello Oliva and Ka'ssious Carlisle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
