He was predeceased by: his parents, John Douglas Shelton and Minnie Mae Roberts Shelton; and his daughter Sheree Shelton Duszynski. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Shelton; his sons, Mark Shelton (Linda Darlene Shelton), Scott Shelton (Martha Alida Shelton) and Tim Shelton (Kathy Ann Shelton); his grandchildren, Amanda Brewer (Mike), Felisha Plummer (Wesley), Andrea Smith (Sterling), Eric Womble (Kasey), Kyle Shelton (Jessica), Christina Mundy, Beau Shelton (Jessica), Olivia Harrison (Edward), Nick Tedrow, Austin Shelton (Gabi) and Megan Alford (Carson); and his brothers, Joel Shelton (Linda) and Ronnie Shelton. He is also survived by 27 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
