He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Higby Upchurch; and his sisters, Elizabeth Jenkins and Kim Moore. He is survived by: his sisters, Glenis Payne (late Mark Payne), Bridgette Scott (Raymond Floyd), Tammy Brown (M. L.) and Freda Upchurch (Jason Drummond); and his nieces and nephews, Elaine Adams (Jeremy Powell), Jeannie Hawkins (Matt), Amanda McInturff (Chad), Brian Payne, Laurie Beth Hood, Summer Ussery (Chance), Ales Hughes, Dawson Green, Leigh Ann Kirkland (Joshua) and Abby East. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews and one great-great nephew.
