She is survived by : her grandchildren, Kristina Medley of Pine Mountain and Shannon Martin of West Point, Georgia; her great grandchildren, Emma Martin and Waylon Martin; and her siblings, Rev. Anthony Hovey of LaGrange, Georgia, Lorretta Hovey of Columbus, Georgia., Helen Gibson of Columbus, Georgia. and Angie Estrada of Columbus, Georgia..

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Glover Funeral Home Chapel (72 S Midway St, Clayton, AL 36016). A graveside service was held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Louisville City Cemetery.
