He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Nealy Billingsley and Wilma Minter Billingsley; and his siblings, Virginia Williamson and Donald Billingsley. He is survived by: his wife Lea Billingsley of Pine Mountain; his sons, Charles, Jr. (Angela Billingsley) and Michael (Dena Billingsley); his grandchildren, Amber Tucker, Chelsea Laster, William Billingsley, Melissa Gliddon and Adam Billingsley; his great grandchildren, Charles Brooks Laster, Mary Grace Tucker, Macie Tucker, Lacie Tucker and Jessica Kylie Tucker; and his siblings, Doris (Joseph Almand), Betty (Richard Avery), Cindy Adams of Hogansville, Frank Billingsley of Valley, AL, Kenneth (Judy Billingsley) and Neal (Allene Billingsley). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
