He is survived by: his children, Debra Denise Cherry, Chasity Denice Rogers, Bianca Denise Oladeji (Ponnle Oladeji) and Anthony Jerome Cherry; his siblings, Ann Brown, Geraldine Gay, Garnette Cobb, Wilma Fair, Andrew Cherry and Emily McLendon (Ronald McLendon, Sr.); and his grandchildren, J'lah Hann, Brock Rogers, Boluwatife and Bisola Oladeji. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
