He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Woods Harper and Paul Harper; and his wife Linda Lawless Harper. He is survived by: his daughter Patty; his son-in-law Mike Therrell; his son Michael Harper; and his sister Sarita Stovall. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
