She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Turner and Olive Turner. She is survived by: her husband Richard Carter of Perry; her daughter Brenda Kirkland; her son-in-law Whit Kirkland of Byron; her son Lance Carter; and her daughter-in-law Laura Carter of Perry.
