She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Hardy and Julius Bell Irby; her husband Richard Steven Young; and her brothers, Buddy Irby and Edward Irby.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sara Padgett (Kenny) of Perry, Janet English (Shorty) of Houston County and David Wayne Irby of Okeechobee, Florida.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (1601 Sam Nunn Blvd, Perry, GA 31069). The inurnment was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at the same location.
