It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Millie Shugart Smith (Perry, Georgia), born in Unadilla, Georgia, who passed away on October 1, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Shugart and Inez Turner Shugart; her son Louis David Smith, Jr.; and her husband Louis David "Smitty" Smith, Sr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Smith of Perry and Vicki Bell (Al) of Byron; her grandsons, Dustin Bell of Ft. Worth and Brandon Bell of Byron; her great grandchildren, Copeley Bell, Lucas Bell, Judson Pope, Annaleigh Bell and Asher Bell; and her siblings, Jack Shugart (Brenda) of Perry and Merry Bivins of Vienna. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
