She is survived by: her husband Charles Collier of Jacksonville; her children, Cheryl Manning (David) of Jacksonville, Charles "Chip" Collier, Jr. (Kim) of Jacksonville and Melissa Davis (Rocky) of Jacksonville; and her siblings, Walter Cross of Perry, GA and Joyce Perry of Perry, GA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
