She was predeceased by: her parents, David Ellsworth Wardlow and Letha Irene "Rena" Leonard Wardlow; her husband Wilbert Rider; her children, Boyd Allen Rider and Rena Kay Rider Goodlow; her siblings, Leonard Ellsworth Wardlow, Wealthy Marie Simmons, Florence Irene Cutrell, Oneta Iris Miles and Juanita Jeane Humphrey; and her grandson-in-law James Moss.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Allene "Debbie" Rider Sullivan (Kevin); her daughter-in-law Diane Chapman Rider; her grandchildren, Molly Rider Moss, Bristol Sullivan Stephens (Chris), Brooklyn Shay Sullivan (Stephen), Brittany Sullivan Anderson (Robert), Bruce Rider (Stephanie) and Jacob Rider; and her great grandchildren, Brazlyn Stephens, Wyatt Stephens, Peyton Heard, Hayden Heard and Seth Rider.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Watson - Hunt Funeral Home (1208 Main St, Perry, GA 31069). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry Street, Macon, Georgia 31201.
