She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Ina Marie Peery; her aunt Sarah Cogar Jernigan; her parents, Daniel Williams Norman, Sr. and Janice Marie Bonner Norman of Raleigh; and her siblings, Tammy Barnes of Wendell, NC, Tracy Rogers (Scott) of Raleigh, Danny Norman (Nikki) of Chesapeake, Virginia, Wendy Collier (Chris) of Jacksonville and Drew Norman (Lynn) of Raleigh. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, a great-niece, and great nephews; and many family, friends.

“I’m devastated to have heard the news of E’Lise’s passing last week. She was one of the kindest people I’ve known, clever, smart and wise, and always had me laughing. I loved her dearly and I miss her so much already. She made a big impact on me and I still find myself using some of her funny E’Lise-isms to this day. My heart goes out to Ina Marie and your family.
