He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmus Hamby Brackett and Opal Moroney Brackett; and his siblings, Vickie Brackett and Bobby Brackett. He is survived by: the mother of his children Sue Horne Brackett; his daughters, Donna Kinnas Sharp (Bill) of Perry and Kimberly B. Kitchens (Jeff) of Perry; his grandchildren, Taylor Sledge of Perry, Dylan Jolley of Washington, D. C. and John Kinnas (Anna) of Forsyth; and his great grandchildren, Mason McClintic, Cason Sledge and Sutton Kinnas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
