She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Cook; her parents, Floyd Minick and Averil Minick; and her brother Larry Minick. She is survived by: her daughter Karan; her son-in-law Elza Fowler of Perry; her grandsons, David Renner of Macon, Reverend Nathan Fowler (Sarita) of Altamonte Springs, FL and Reverend Jake Fowler (Emily) of Warner Robins; and her sister-in-law Sara Minick. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
