We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2023, at the age of 76, Cherry Smith Howard (Perry, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Inez Dooley Smith and Virgil Smith; her sister Patricia "Sue" Maurer; and her half-siblings, Leslie Smith and Gloria Dean Smith.
She is survived by: her grandson Clinton Parker; her husband Joseph "Joe" Howard of Perry; her daughters, Karen Owen Parker (Mitchell) and Ronda Owen Smith; her grandchildren, Lorene Parker and Owen Smith; and her sisters, Sandy Smith Rippere and Carol Smith Reid.
