With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Farrell Lewis Sr. of Perry, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 11, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Lewis and Maude Lewis (Hamby); his wife Loretta Lewis (Sloan); and his siblings, Gene Lewis, Nancy Self (Lewis) and Gail Grayson (Lewis).
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Lewis (Holly), Lynn Moss (Andy), Cindy Middlebrooks (David) and Chad Lewis (Lora); his grandchildren, Alana, Heather, Noah, Melissa and Samantha; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Taylor, Makayla, Maddison, Audrey, Addison, Miller and Charley.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel (2932 US Hwy 41, Fort Valley, GA 31030). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Perry (1105 Main St, Perry, GA 31069).
