She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wilson and Mildred Wilson; her husband James "Wallace" Dean, Sr.; her son Wally Dean; her great grandchild Brendan Smith; and her brothers, Marvin and James Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Dean of Perry and Linda Davis of Elko; her daughter-in-law Debbie Cross (Wayne); and her grandchildren, Josh Dean (Tara), Amy Hill, Justin Gordon (LaShay), Becca Singleton (Trey), Jonathan Gordon (Joli), Dakota Davis and Ken Thaxton. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Memorial Heights Baptist Church (521 General Courtney Hodges Blvd, Perry, GA 31069). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at the Perry Memorial Gardens (2106 US Hwy 41, Perry, GA 31069).
