Virginia Cook Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2023, at the age of 89, Virginia Cook of Pendergrass, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walter Lancaster and Lena Braselton Lancaster; and her siblings, James Walter Lancaster Jr., Josephas Jackson Lancaster, Wiley Kennedy Lancaster and Frances Jane Lancaster Bailes.
She is survived by: her husband Billy Joe Cook; her sons, James Michael Cook and William Joseph Cook (Joyce); her grandchildren, Jeremy Cook (Ally), Catherine Cook, Jessie Cook, Jenny Cook, Emma Cook and Claire Cook; her great grandchild Crawford; and her sister Lora Lee Lancaster Blasingame.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Mrs. Virginia Lancaster Cook to the Mountain Creek Baptist Church, P.O. Box 510, Pendergrass, Georgia. 30567.
