He is survived by: his daughter Jordyn Payne of Decatur, GA; his father Richard Payne of Braselton, GA; his siblings, Kate Fulghum (Tristan) of Pendergrass, GA and Nicholas Payne (Stephanie) of Buford, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Colter Fulghum, Cameron Payne, Nolan Payne, Kaylee Payne and Reagan Payne. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518).
