He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Love and Roberta Underwood Love; his wife Shirley Watson Love; his daughter Joy Love; his grandson Cain Anglin; and his siblings, Lamar Love, Sue Pethel, Evalene Major, Judy Watson and Stanley Love.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Martin (Ernest) of Jefferson, Jill Love of Pendergrass and Jimmy Love of Pendergrass; his grandchildren, Heath Martin (Misty) of Pendergrass, Charlie Love of Hoschton, Stephanie Cape of Jefferson, Jessie Lance of California and Celeste Anglin of Pendergrass; his great grandchildren, Maverick, Maddie, Gage, Jathen and Briggs; and his siblings, Jenny Hoopaugh (Junior) of Pendergrass, Jim Love of Pendergrass, Jerry Love (Debbie) of Talmo and Mike Love (Debbie) of Pendergrass.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (1350 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home (1350 Winder Hwy, Jefferson, GA 30549). A burial was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at the Pendergrass Baptist Church Cemetery (105 Church St, Pendergrass, GA 30567).
