She is survived by: her spouse Melvin "Monk" Tolbert of Pendergrass; her sons, Mark Tolbert (Jackie) of Pendergrass and Scott Tolbert (Joy) of Commerce; her grandchildren, Kristi Smallwood, Adam Tolbert, Abby Tolbert and Ivy Tolbert; and her great grandchildren, Levi Smallwood, Braylin Tolbert, Breanna Tolbert and Colt Tolbert.
