He is survived by: his wife Vickie Worley Underwood of Pendergrass; his children, Shannon Underwood (Nicki) of Flowery Branch, Brook Terrazas (Eric) of Jefferson and Matthew Underwood (Susan) of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Alexis Kesler, Katie Kesler, Cannon Underwood, Reese Underwood, Madison Underwood, Tyler Terrazas, Lillian Underwood and Thomas Underwood; and his siblings, Steve Underwood (Judy) of Jefferson and Pam Fowler (Jamie) of Jefferson.
