He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John O'Neal and Mary Baker Cox; his daughters, Cathy Whiting (Mark) of Pendergrass, GA and Beth Bourbeau (Phil); his grandchildren, Taylor Spruce, Lindsay Spruce, Ashton Whiting, Jesse Whiting and Eli Whiting; and his wife Lou Wheless Cox.
