She was predeceased by: her parents, John Albert Rathbun and Anna Louise Lathrop Rathbun; and her brothers, Raymond Wayne Rathbun, LaRue Rathbun, Marvin Rathbun and Darwin Allen Rathbun.
She is survived by: her husband William Robert "Bill" Magee, Jr.; her son John D.; her daughter-in-law Cindi Spencer of Nazareth, PA; her daughters, Jana Smolinski of Pembroke and Lisa; her son-in-law Richie Lambert of Dover, DE; and her grandchildren, John S. Clendaniel III (Vella) of Dover, DE, Joshua Spencer of Pen Argyl, PA, Christopher Spencer (Kristin) of Bangor, PA and Jenna O'Connell (Robert) of Dover, DE. She is also survived by one great granddaughter; five great grandsons and one great great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bryan Animal League.
