He is survived by: his close friend Wanda Harter-Altman; his sisters, Penny Vincent Smith, Judy Vincent Cullen and Linda Kaye Vincent Baker; and his children, Tony Allen Vincent, Bobby Allen Vincent and Cindy Ann Vincent.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Flanders Powell Funeral Home & Crematory (197 S College St, Pembroke, GA 31321). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
