He was predeceased by: his parents, Damaso Arias and Refugio Rodriguez Arias; his daughter Kezia Arias; and his siblings, Miguel Arias, Pablo Arias, Ubaldo Arias, Isabel Arias, Carmen Arias, Araminta Arias and Emparo Arias.

He is survived by: his wife Ada Maldonado Arias; his children, Froilan Arias, Jr. (Ivette) and Ada Liza Vargas (Luis) of Palm Bay, FL; and his sister Bertha McIntyre. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
