It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jo Howard White (Pembroke, Georgia), born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wallace Howard and Archie Lee Johnson Howard; and her son Jonathan Lee White (Robert Lee White). She is survived by: her son Richard N. White of Faulkville; her brother John Wallace Howard, Jr. (Delores) of Pt; and her sister-in-law Lillie White Williams (Wayne) of Huntsville, TX. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Mrs. White's wishes were to have donations made in her name to Old Savannah City Mission for the Homeless, 2414 Bull Street, Savannah, GA 31401, 912-232-1979.
