He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Greenwell; and his sister Diane Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bacon Greenwell; his children, Kelly Arnold (Chris) of Glennville and Kevin Greenwell (Kathy) of Ellabell; his siblings, Morris Greenwell, David Greenwell (Ann), Ernie Greenwell, Fred Greenwell (Nicki), Daniel Greenwell (Dana), Curt Greenwell (Angela), Kent Greenwell, Terri Sims (Tommy), Martha Campbell (Randy) of Atlanta, GA, Jane Lindsay (Chris), Lisa Gill, Linda Goode (Mike) and Mary Jo Yaeger (Ricky); and his grandchildren, Adrienne (Kelsey), Ryan and Hunter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Flanders Powell Funeral Home (197 S College St, Pembroke, GA 31321). A graveside service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Ellabell (3425 GA-204, Ellabell, GA 31308).
