With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Frances Ragan of Pelham, Georgia, who passed away on November 29, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Edward and Doris Varner Hayes; her husband James C. Piland; her son Carl; her daughter-in-law Ann Collins Ragan; and her siblings, C. E. Hayes, Eunice Harris and Claire Huckeba.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Ragan of Smiths, AL, Judy Moorman (Van) of Dublin and Cathy Jones (Barry) of Camilla. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
