He is survived by: his wife Joann Holton Burgess; his son William Ralph Burgess of Pelham; his siblings, Ricky E. Burgess of Eatonton, GA, Bimbo Burgess (Sharon) of Lake Seminole, GA, Jerome Junior Tallent (Laura) and Libby Buckner (Arnold) of Pelham; his grandchildren, Alexis Elkins (Luke) of Pelham and Destiny Burgess (James Brown) of Pelham; and his great grandchildren, Cadence Brown, Maston Brown and Maeleigh Elkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
