He is survived by: his wife Janice Elaine Hayes; his children, Dan Hay (Sheri) of Rockford, IL and Sherry McCoy (Tim) of Pelham, GA; his brother Bill Hay (Carol) of Doniphan, MO; his nephew Daryl Hay (Shari) of Doniphan, MO; his grandchildren, Mallory Hay (Wesley) of Rockford, IL, Zakk Hay (Deanna) of Rockford, IL, Josh McCoy (Lillian) and Anthony McCoy (Heather) of Pelham, GA.; and his great grandchildren, Jameson of Hannah, JR, Ryker, Landyn, Piper and Macaila.
