He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Green; his children, Richard Sanders, Georgia Arrington and Jessica Stanaland; his brother Ed Green (Sherri); his nieces and nephews, Tracy Green, Russell Green, Scott Messer, Dawn Terlip, Rebecca Green, Kim Scott and Kristi Hobbs; and his uncle Grady Bullington. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
