She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hayes and Alice Hayes (Albright). She is survived by: her children, Sherry McCoy (Tim) of Pelham, GA and Dan Hay (Sherri) of Rockford, IL; her grandchildren, Joshua (Lillian), Anthony (Heather), Mallory, Zakk (Deanna), Madison and R. J.; her great grandchildren, Landyn, Piper, Macaila, Hannah of Wesley, JR., Ryker, Jameson and Milano; and her caregivers, Penny, Kay, Crystal, Maxine and Teresa.
