He was predeceased by: his father Joel Leamon Banks. He is survived by: his mother Jeannine Wilson Powell Banks of Pelham; his daughter Kellie Hurst of Pelham; and his sisters, Belinda Hayes of Camilla and Melanie Martin of Hahira. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
