He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Sadler and Bessie Lashley Sadler; his son Anthony Sadler (Tony); his brothers, Billy Gerald Sadler, Barney Ray Sadler and Ronnie Keith Sadler; and his siblings-in-law, Pete Austin and Emma Lois Sadler (Buck).
He is survived by: his son Terry Sadler (Tina); his grandchildren, Katrina Sadler and Bobbie Sadler James (Trey); his great grandchildren, Kyla Drinkwater, Kaiden Sadler, MJ Hill, Noah James and Jonah James; his sisters, Venette Austin, Sharon Crawford and Linda Golden; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Sadler and Joyce Sadler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
