She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Willis and Hallie Viola Burt Willis; her husband Cecil L. Lawhorn; and her siblings, Alvin Willis, Ray Willis, Louise Durrent, Annette Garrett, Joan Lodge, Myrlene Thompson and Odelle Lodge.

She is survived by: her children, Angela Lawhorne of Fernandina Beach, FL, Tony Lawhorne (Susan) of Kingsland and Steven Lawhorne (Lori) of Moultrie; and her grandchildren, Micah Lawhorne (Lily), Jacob Lawhorne, Josh Lawhorne and Justin Estes.
