She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leon and Iris Grace Hudson Aldredge. She is survived by: her husband Larry Owen of Pelham; her children, Kim Wiggins (Shawn) of Columbus, Allen Owen of Pelham and Jon Owen (Lucy) of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchild Darby Boggs (Evan) of Rincon; her children, Ismael Murshed of Virginia Beach, VA, Skyler Wiggins (Sydney) of Smiths Station, AL and Jacob Owen (Abby) of Red Oak, TX; her great grandchild Ximaya Murshed of Greenville, TX; and her grandchildren, Kolter and Ellis Boggs of Rincon.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Meigs Baptist Church (2014 Church St, Meigs, GA 31765). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Meigs Sunset Cemetery.
