She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Walter and Mary Virginia Scott Loar; her husband Kenneth Irvin Cecil; her sons, Raymond Ben Cecil and David Eugene Cecil; and her brothers, Elmer Lee Loar and Wayne Lloyd Loar.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Wade Cecil of Myrtle; and her siblings, John H. Loar (Helen Marie) of Springfield, W. V. and Judith Ann Murray of Vale Summit. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, along with many other relatives.
