She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin D. Carter and Edna Levan Bailey Storey. She is survived by: her husband Derrick Tanner of Pearson; her children, Brittany Nicole Fredericks of Valdosta and James Brock Fredericks of Pearson; and her brother Dennis Franklin Carter (Elaine) of Blackshear.
