He was predeceased by: his parents, Quillian, Sr. James and Catherine Upton James; his wife Hilda James; and his brother Lockie James. He is survived by: his daughter April Mobley (Cliff) of Broxton; his brother L. H. James (Judy) of Pearson; his close friend Martha Royals; and his grandson Austin Cudd of Brunswick.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Relihan Funeral Home (164 S Main St, Pearson, GA 31642). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
