With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Leon Kay of Peachtree City, Georgia, born in Stephens, Georgia, who passed away on October 28, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kay and Ruth Whitmire Kay. He is survived by: his children, Michele (Barry) and Buddy Kay (Brooke Rudersdorf) of Toccoa; his grandchildren, Justin Miles (Michelle Bruce), Emily Shermer, Alexa Kates, Kylie Kates, Ariel Beckworth, Hunter Beckworth, Riley Beckworth, Beirgan Kay and Magnus Kay; his great grandchildren, Camden Miles and Mackenzie Miles; and his siblings, Mike Kay (Tricia) of Martin, Fredda Thomason of Toccoa and Laura Turner of Martin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Toccoa First United Methodist Church, 333 E. Tugalo Street, Toccoa, Georgia 30577 in memory of Mr. William Leon Kay.
