He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otto Bulger and Suzanne Bulger; his wife Patricia; his children, Gail Ormsby (Stan) of Statesboro and Eric W. Bulger (Kelly) of Peachtree City; and his grandchildren, Erica Payne, Christopher Ormsby, Will Bulger, Kaity Witt, Kassie Ormsby and Tyler Ormsby. He was also cherished by three great-grandchildren.
